Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)

Introduction
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Sarvajanik Commerce College, Godhra, was established as per UGC and NAAC recommendations. The IQAC works as a catalyst for quality enhancement in all academic and administrative activities of the institution. It promotes a culture of continuous improvement and sustains quality in higher education.
Objectives
- To develop a quality system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic action.
- To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement.
- To internalize the culture of quality and best practices across the institution.
- To prepare and submit the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to NAAC.
Functions
- Develop and apply quality benchmarks/parameters for academic and administrative activities.
- Facilitate a learner-centric environment with modern teaching–learning methods.
- Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders (students, parents, alumni, employers).
- Organize seminars, workshops, and awareness programmes on quality-related themes.
- Document and disseminate best practices of the institution.
- Prepare and submit AQAR to NAAC annually.
- Coordinate quality-related activities and serve as a nodal agency.

Activities & Reports
- IQAC meetings are held at least once per quarter.
- The Cell prepares and submits the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to NAAC.
- Reports and proceedings are documented and made available on the college website.
