Functions of CWDC
- To promote gender equality, safety, and welfare of women on campus.
- To organize awareness programmes, seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions on women’s rights, health, and empowerment.
- To prevent and redress issues related to harassment, discrimination, or gender bias.
- To create a supportive environment for female students, faculty, and staff.
- To encourage participation of girl students in cultural, academic, sports, and leadership activities.
- To collaborate with NGOs/legal experts for women empowerment initiatives.
- To prepare an annual report of activities for submission to the Principal and IQAC.
